Our services are going as planned and operations are working as scheduled!
Visolit has gradually moved our employees to home-offices, and per Friday March 13th,90 % of our employees are working from home. Only employees who are required to physically work on location are working from our offices or on site with customers. We are following the authorities recommendations and will continually adapt to any new recommendations.
The feedback from customer services and customer delivery in Norway and Sweden is that our deliveries are functioning well. Large parts of our servicedesk is working from home, and our delivery capacity is performing as planned.
We are now experiencing increased demand from our customers for more capacity on our vpn-solutions, and we are experiencing increased demand on implementation and usage of Teams-solutions.
Our delivery organization is working closely with customers on this. Among other measures, our Nordic delivery organisation introduced measures to ensure adequate capacity according to the customers needs. This includes increased capacity on Pulse Secure and Citrix, and delivery capacity in general. The capacity is continually measured and monitored.

If the risk for impact on services to our customers should change, we will inform our customers of the consequences of the changed risk, and which measures we will introduce to reduce the consequences.
